In short: Petym is a free site of guides and tools for pet owners in India, with a waitlist for the pet stays it is building. Nothing can be booked or bought yet, and the guides are general information, not veterinary advice.
Who runs Petym
Petym is a brand. It is not yet a registered company. It is run by Surya Kumar Muni. Petym is being built for pet owners in 14 Indian cities. You can reach Petym at [email protected], or by post at 59, NKP Layout, Bangalore 560002, India.
What Petym is today
- Guides and tools, free to read and use.
- A waitlist for each city, to hear when Petym opens there.
- Nothing is for sale and nothing can be booked yet.
- No sitter or facility is listed or checked yet.
- Joining the waitlist creates no booking, price or promise of a service.
Not veterinary advice
The guides and tools are general information. For your pet's health, ask a registered veterinary practitioner. In an emergency, contact a vet at once.
Facts change
Petym cites and dates its sources, but laws, fees and airline or railway rules change. Check with the authority or the provider before you act, and tell us at [email protected] if something is wrong.

Petym links to official and other sites for your convenience. It does not control those sites.
Using Petym's content
The words, tables and tools on Petym are Petym's own. You may read them, share links to them and quote short parts with a credit and a link. Please do not copy whole pages or publish them as your own.
Official documents and sources that Petym links to belong to their publishers.
Using the site fairly
Do not try to break or overload the site or the waitlist form, and do not sign anyone else up without their agreement.
Liability
Petym's liability for its free guides and tools is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or negligence, or takes away a right the law gives you.

This is version 1 of these terms, dated 17 October 2026. When they change, the new version is posted here with its date.
The law and the courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, where Petym is run, have jurisdiction. This does not affect any right you have under consumer protection law to complain where you live.
